Notice behaviour patterns early and support students
Record conduct, merits and incidents in one place, see patterns across a term, and give tutors and counsellors an early alert so they can step in. Access is for staff only and follows the permissions you set.

From a single incident to a clear picture
Sensitive by default
Behaviour records can affect a young person for years. The module is designed so that access is narrow, deliberate and recorded.
- Separate permissions to view, add and edit records.
- Access scoped by role, year group and campus.
- Audit trails show who viewed or changed a record.
- Retention controls that follow your region's rules.
- Done: Teachers add incidents for their own classes
- Done: Heads of year see their year group
- Done: Counsellors see follow-up notes
- To do: Share a summary with parents, if you choose
- To do: Review retention each year
From a logged incident to the right conversation
A record is only useful if someone acts on it. Follow-up is built into the module, so concerns reach a person rather than a report.
- Route a concern to the tutor, head of year or counsellor.
- Book and record follow-up meetings with outcomes.
- Notify a guardian through the channel you choose, where policy allows.
- Close the loop so nothing sits unresolved.
Questions for staff, answered within their permissions
Elvis U never reaches the database directly. A controlled layer checks who is asking and what they may see, so a teacher sees only what their role allows.
