Launch short courses with their own intake and fees

Workshops, bootcamps and short programmes rarely follow the academic year. Give each one its own dates, capacity, fee plan and certificate, and keep every learner on the same record as everyone else.

Intake and fees

Every course carries its own plan

A weekend workshop and a twelve week bootcamp need different dates, prices and rules. Each course holds its own, so registration, invoicing and certificates stay accurate.

  • Capacity, start dates and sessions held on the course itself.
  • A fee plan attached to the course, with instalments where you offer them.
  • Payment online through your configured payment methods.
  • Waiting lists that fill places automatically when someone withdraws.

Certificates

Finish with a certificate that checks out

A certificate should mean something. Set the rule for each course, and the record shows who has met it before anything is issued.

  • Attendance, assessment and fee rules you choose per course.
  • Certificates generated from the record on your own template.
  • Learners find their certificates in the portal and the Elvis Connect app.
  • Reissues and changes appear on the audit trail.

Questions about your courses, answered in plain language

Elvis U answers from your own records, through a controlled layer that checks who is asking and what they may see. Staff approve any action that changes a record.

  • Which workshops still have places this month?
  • Who has registered but not paid for the evening bootcamp?
  • Draft a reminder for learners starting on Monday.
  • Which courses had the most enquiries last quarter?
  • List learners who completed the course and have no certificate yet.
How it works

From course idea to certificate

01 Create the course Add dates, sessions, capacity, trainer and the fee plan.
02 Open registration Share a form or let learners register in the portal, and manage the waiting list.
03 Teach and record Mark attendance and record assessments, on the web or in the teacher app.
04 Certify and follow up Issue certificates to learners who qualify and invite them to the next course.
FAQ

Short course questions

Can short courses run alongside our main programmes?
Yes. Short courses and batches have their own intakes, fees and rules, and sit on the same platform as longer programmes.
Can a company register a group of learners?
Yes. You can register several learners from one organisation, with each person on their own record. [CONFIRM GROUP BILLING OPTIONS]
Can we issue certificates automatically?
Certificates are generated from the record when the rules you set for the course are met, on your own template. Staff review before release if you prefer.
Is this the same as the LMS?
No. Short courses manage registration, fees and certificates. The Learning module delivers content online, and the two can be used together.
