Results
Publish results when they are ready
Results should reach students and parents once, and correctly. A publishing checklist makes sure the steps before that are done.
- Marks entered and moderated before publishing.
- Comments reviewed by the responsible teacher.
- Results appear in the student and parent portals and apps.
- Amendments after publishing are recorded on the audit trail.

FAQ
Assessment questions
Can we use our own grading scales?
Yes. Marks, grades, weightings and pass rules are configurable per programme, class or year group.
Who can change a mark after results are published?
Only roles you authorise, and every change appears in the audit trail.
Does the AI decide grades?
No. AI can draft comments for a teacher to review, and offer sample assessments to students. Grades are always set by staff.
Can transcripts and report cards use our branding?
Yes. Documents are produced on templates set up with your institution during implementation.
